Many SYE products are designed to be worn close to the body during workouts, training sessions, and athletic activities. For this reason, once a garment has been delivered, we cannot verify whether it has been worn, tried on, washed, or exposed to external conditions.
To protect all customers and maintain the highest hygiene standards, all products sold by SYE are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

If you receive:

- Unboxing video (recommended)
After verification, SYE will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement of the affected item.
Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
