We accept returns and exchanges only where an item arrives damaged or with a printing error.
Please film the parcel being opened. A single continuous video, starting with the sealed parcel and the shipping label clearly visible, and running without cuts until the item is fully unpacked, is required as proof for any damage or print error claim. We are not able to process a claim without it.
